As mentioned above, some of these NECO and WAEC subject requirements are compulsory which means you need to have at least a minimum of Credit passes (C6) in them in your o level result before you can use it to apply for admission to study Meteorology.

O Level (WAEC and NECO) Subject Requirements For Meteorology
The WAEC subjects required to study Meteorology are as follows:
Five SSCE credit passes including Physics, Mathematics. English Language and either Chemistry or Geography
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) FUTA requires five SSCE credit passes at the WASSCE or NECO or GCE O’ Level or its equivalent in NOT more than two sittings in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Geography and any other science subject.
